Hundreds of Wrocław University of Technology students welcomed spring with the Festival of Colours. They partied near the C-13 building, known as “The Cheese House”. See how the party looked like [PHOTOS]
People gathered in front of the C-13 building already from 10 AM. Each participant of the party received a bag with a colourful powder. On the sign of Monika Rejnuś from the Wrocław University of Technology Culture Committee, they threw the bags up in the air and in a moment the whole crowd was painted in all colours of the rainbow.
The Festival of Colours was organized by members of the Culture Committee at the Wrocław University of Technology Student Government. “We wanted to welcome spring in an unconventional way. Colours will be the leitmotif of the entire day on 21st March. At 2 PM we are starting the barbecue party at the Teki dorms complex, and at 9 PM we invite for the UV Party at the Students Culture Zone. We will colour the clothes of the participants with fluorescent paints so that they glow in the dark and even at 2 AM our University will be colourful.” – said Monika Rejnuś.
