On 14th November, the “Greentechcamp.pl 2014” conference will be taking place at Wrocław University of Technology. At the Wrocław Centre for Technology Transfer, we will be able to hear about the most interesting ideas in the Polish renewable energy sector
The participants of the conference will talk about renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, electric cars and intelligent metering. The organizer of the event is the Gramwzielone.pl website concerned with renewable energy. The list of participants includes representatives of companies and institutions from the power sector, e.g. investors and funds interested in financing green technology projects.
The meeting will start with a lecture by Olga Malinkiewicz, author of one of the most important discoveries in the field of photovoltaic technologies, laureate of the prestigious “Photonics21” prize awarded by the European Commission. She will talk about the possibility of using so-called perovskites for energy generation and about her business plans. The participants of the conference also include: authors of a smartphone app for designing photovoltaic systems, founders of the first Polish power generation cooperative, and authors of a solution allowing to use drones for the diagnostics of wind farms and photovoltaic farms.
The conference will end with a voting for the most interesting idea in the Polish green energy sector. The winners will obtain the “Greentechcamp.pl 2014 Winner” title, as well as financial prizes (the prize pool amounts to 15 000 PLN).
