TEDx is a local occurrence of the world-famous TED conferences promoting “ideas worth spreading”. On Saturday, it will be organized in Wrocław for the third time, and the list of participants includes the “Space is More” team from Wrocław University of Technology.

It will be possible to watch the conference live at Wrocław Philharmonics or online at tedxwroclaw.pl. Artists, scientists, and social activists will take part in the event that will be conducted by the journalist Rafał Motriuk. Each participant will have a maximum of 18 minutes to present, in English, their everyday activity and catch the attention of the audience.

It’s important since the aim of TEDs and TEDxs is not to let people deliver lectures but to allow the audience to get inspired by the presentations. Therefore, the organizers invite people who not only have something interesting to say but also can do it in a creative way, attracting the attention of the public.

During this Saturday’s TEDx Leszek Orzechowski from the “Space is More” team will talk about the team’s travel to the USA for the Mars Student Design Contest finals and their project of Mars manned mission.
